Orphanage & School
The Centre Orphelinat Marantha de La Victorie is an orphanage and school in the community of Grison-Garde. Initiated by community elders, and funded by the Ford Foundation, this project has provided free education, housing, food and clothing to hundreds of children in this impoverished community for more than a decade.

Community Projects
The Foundation's efforts extend well beyond the walls of the orphanage and school. The need is great and new projects are ongoing. Current and past projects include: a village for the homeless elderly, wells drilled in remote areas, food deliveries to needy families and a year-round medical clinic.

Provide Clean Water
Access to clean water for drinking and bathing helps prevent the spread of disease. The people of Grison-Garde have the skills and the manpower to build new wells where they are lacking. They just need the funding to make them a reality.
